Therapy is a space for you to explore more about your inner and outer life. By exploring with a non-judgmental presence in the room, you are able to see your experience with new context and from new perspectives. By expanding your view of your life, you can see new possibilities, lay old hurts to rest, and envision your future for yourself.

I am trained in and work primarily from Gestalt, Transpersonal, Humanistic and Relational frameworks. All those psycho-babble words just mean that I like to be real in the therapy room. I bring my whole self into the process of therapy, and I will follow you as the authority on your experience.

You already have the answers to whatever problems you are facing, and Iā€™m interested in creating the space for you to discover your own solutions. I will help you explore your experience and mine it for more nuanced layers of understanding and to come to a new relationship with your life.

We may use specific tools and exercises in psychotherapy to aid us in our exploration process such as:

  • Guided meditations

  • Dreamwork
