Individuals: $140 (50 minutes)
Couples: $160 (50 minutes)

Can I get an insurance reimbursement?

I can provide a Superbill at the end of each month which you can submit to your insurance. The details of your reimbursement amount would depend on your specific plan’s out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement benefits are usually only available with PPO plans.

How often do we meet?

Therapy works best when it’s done weekly. There is a momentum that gets built with weekly appointments that helps the therapeutic process. That being said, I can sometimes offer limited bi-weekly or ad-hoc scheduling appointments depending on your needs and therapeutic goals.

Evening and weekend appointments are the most popular times and can be more difficult to book.


What is your style as a therapist?

I am an “Integral” therapist, meaning I pull from a wide range of approaches including Gestalt, Transpersonal, Relational, Somatic, Psychodynamic, CBT, Mindfulness, Attachment, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Above all I am humanistic, client-centered and compassionate.


Will you help me with strategy, tools, and a plan of action?

Yes. Part of the therapy process involves setting goals and coming up with a treatment plan. This plan will serve as a reminder of what we hope to achieve in therapy, and we will periodically check in with our goals to make sure we are on the right track. In this process we will equip you with tools (Mindfulness, CBT, Breathwork) to reduce anxiety, and make the necessary shifts in your life.


Do you do CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)?

Yes, I incorporate CBT techniques and tools in treatment.


How long do I need to be in therapy?

This really depends on each individual case. A shorter term therapy would range from 8 - 12 sessions for individuals and 4 - 6 for couples. More often therapy lasts from 6 - 18 months. Some people look at therapy as an ongoing process of inquiry, self-care and growth, and stay in therapy for a much longer time.


Do you offer online therapy?

Yes, for people within California I can meet on a secure video chat platform. Please call to discuss.


Can you see my friend/spouse/parent/child who needs therapy?

Yes, they would need to be on board with the therapy process. Please ask them to reach out to me directly to move forward with booking.


Is therapy confidential?

Yes, I comply with all HIPAA regulations to keep your information safe. With few exceptions which we will go over in our first session, everything you tell me will be kept completely confidential.
